SellerRows is a Google Sheets add-on operated by KOBO SMIÐJA ("we", "us"). It reads data from your Amazon Seller Central account through the Amazon Selling Partner API and writes it into a Google Sheet you control.
You must have the right to authorize access to the Amazon seller account and the Google account you connect. You are responsible for keeping those authorizations current. You may revoke either one at any time, which stops the service immediately.
We write only to the tabs the add-on creates in your spreadsheet. We do not modify or delete other tabs. You are responsible for your own formulas and for keeping copies of work you build on top of our tabs.
We aim to run every scheduled refresh, but the service depends on Amazon's and Google's systems, which we do not control. Refreshes can be delayed or fail because of their outages, rate limits or policy changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we do not offer a service level agreement on these plans.
The figures we deliver are the figures the marketplace returns. We do not verify them, and they are not accounting or tax advice. Check anything you rely on for filings or decisions against your own records.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect or consequential damages.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or that puts our access to Amazon's or Google's platforms at risk. If we end your account without cause, we refund the unused part of the current period.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and the courts of Mexico have jurisdiction over any dispute.
